How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Since all orders are processed through WhatsApp or our Alibaba store, please contact us directly to arrange any returns or exchanges. We're happy to help!

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Items that are damaged, stained, or altered will not be accepted.
• Sale items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us via WhatsApp to arrange an exchange before sending any items back.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
